   Often, during testing changes to a post, I have to circumnavigate to Settings | WP-Cache and then scroll down to the DELETE CACHE button. It'd be a HUGE timesaver if this button was visible at the top menu level to the right of Write Manage Design Comments.

   I don't want to disable the cache. It'd be better if I could just have easier access to flush the cache whenever I needed to.
