Click Counter and CTR aren't working on my blog. Impressions is ok.
I have no cache plugins and even if I disable all the plugins installed the problem remains.
    Any advises?

    Thanks
    Gianluca

    Hi,
go to the settings and check that "click counter" option is on.

The click counter is makes from javascript, so I do not think it is a server or blog problem.

    Which browser are you using?
    regards
    GF

Thank you for your quick reply.
The option in the Settings is on, and I've tried with Chrome, Firefox and Safari but it doesn't count.
I'm not a php expert, so I'm not sure how to check if the javascript really update the db table, but I've checked in the ajax_clickcounter.php and I've found this query :
    $sql = "UPDATE" . $wpdb->prefix ."bannerize_bSETclickcount=clickcount+1 WHERE id = " . $postID;
The table in MySql is "wp_bannerize". I've tried to change the table to ".. bannerize ..." but nothing happens :(
    Thanks

Are you using only SWF (Flash) banners? I've just noticed that the click counter does not seem to work for SWF banners.

I have standard banners (gif jpg png) and SWFs. Everything works as expected for the standard banners. The impressions works fine for the SWF, but the clicks are not recorded.

I assume the correct way to set up an SWF banner is to not have any embedded links in the SWF, just use the WP Bannerize admin panel to assign the correct link url.

I am using the Free HTML for banner and clicks counts do not seem to work. However If I specify URL instead of free HTML, it works fine.

Tested on Opera. The ad is a gif image.

    Possible solution/fix bug report:

If you look closely at the source code for any flash banners you will see that there seems to be a missing </a> which should come after the </object> in each flash banner div.

I think this may cause the "onclick" for the counter and the link to not work...

This should be an easy fix. But, when I went to the frontend.php file I couldn't get it work. Probably need the developer to look at this issue.
