[Plugin: WP Bannerize] Categories Not Showing

First of all thanks for this fantastic plugin.

I see there was recently a support issue regarding Categories which is now marked as resolved. However, I still have a problem in that only some of the categories I have created for my blog show in the “tools” section and widget section of WP-Bannerize (3.0.23). It appears to work (sometimes) when I try to force the selection by specifying the category number in the shortcode. However, one of my shortcodes that should show on only certain categories also show on the blog front page – i.e. where all categories are shown???

Any help with this will be much appreciated.
