   Hi,
   Great plugin...but can't update the settings.
   They keep jumping back to the default settings.
   (and the settings screen freezes for a couple of seconds after pressing the update button)
   Any suggestions for solution?

   Try to deactive and reactive plugin again.
   Use last WordPress version
