[Plugin: WP Autoresponder And Newsletter Plugin] Attachments?

Can the emails that are sent have an attachment? If so, I could create white papers and when the visitor filled out a form with his email address, he would automatically get the white paper emailed to him. Is this possible? If not, how much to custom code it for me? I tried contacting you via the website, but the “Contact Raj” page returns a 404 error. Thanks!
