    Hi Penseelibre,

    Sorry for trouble. But php5 must required in order to run this plugin. Could you please check php version? Please take a look at the same reported error on plugin home page: http://arpitshah.com/plugins/wp-archive-sitemap-generator/ (comment page 2)

    Please report all your further questions on plugin home page. Hope upgrading to php5 will solve your problem.

    I have the same error. Curious thing is, I just added this to a sister site hosted by the same company with no problems.

    How do I know the version of php the server uses?<!–wp-archive-sitemap-generator–>
