[Plugin: wow-index] Plugin declined, issue resolved, what now?

    Hi,

    I got this message regarding my added plugin:

    Emailed Author: “WOW Index by algofutures.com”
    This cannot be included unless the blog owner chooses.
    They should see a choice to do this and that choice must be Off by default.

    The issue has now been resolved. How can I resubmit my file?
