LDMartin1959I have been directed to fix an issue involving video on a site that uses wordTube. However, I have never used the wordTube plugin so I am already a bit over my head on this. So, I apologize in advance if there is relevant information I have not included. It is simply due to my ignorance; Please ask for clarifying information as appropriate.
The site in question is < http://www.corporatefitnessprograms.com/ >. Compare the video display to that of the original site at < http://strive2bfit.com/ >. At the original site, there are thumbnails for the playlist showing at the bottom of the video area. They are not showing on the newer site. I have compared the settings between the original site and the new site and the only differences I see are that the files actually reside on the first site < http://strive2bfit.com/ >, not on the second site so the playlist references (Media | Library | wordTube) refer to file url at the original site (for example, media url: http://strive2bfit.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/03/Sports-Final.flv, thumbnail url: http://strive2bfit.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/03/Sports-poster.jpg)
My first question is this: What settings control the display of the playlist thumbnails?
My second question is this: Since the plug-in settings are the same between the two sites, is it possible that there is some other issue not directly related to wordTube that could be the issue?
