Hello, I have installed WordPress.com Stats plugin (http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/stats/) and it is partially working.
All textual information are gathered and displayed but the graph area remains blank.
How could I troubleshoot the issue?

    Thanks

I am not 100% sure about this... I am using the same plugin, and I just got it last night.

I think that the graph will work once we get some more time under belt. Im assuming that since we just got it on your pages, theres really nothing for the graph to show since its measured by time?

It's already a week that stats are collected but still no graph, I think something is wrong.

I got the solution: Downgrade to 1.5.3 and then select automatic upgrade to 1.5.4.
    It worked well for me.

I've got the same problem. Is there an easy way to downgrade?

I have the same problem--but there's no easy way for me to upgrade, given the permissions on my site. So, it looks like I either have to downgrade, or simply live without the graph--which is a pain.

    To downgrade go to
    http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/stats/download/
    or
select the 'Other Versions' drop down from the plugins site and download v 1.5.3
then use an ftp client to transfer the stats.php file to your wp-content/plugins folder (you may need to delete the 1.5.3 version of stats.php from this directory first.)

refresh/reactive the plugin, you'll get an 'upgrage' message, and the rest is easy. Thanks for the tip motzenmitmatze! Works great.

You should check if you uploaded the open-flash-chart.swf file. I had the same problem but after uploading the flash comonent the graphs were there.
