WordPress Wiki version: 0.8
Wordpress version: 2.9.2
Installed fine, but the Table of Contents is still empty even though I created child pages. How do you fill in Table of Contents? I couldn't find any useful documentation for this plugin.
Thanks.

Hey. You will need a secondary plugin called "Subpage View", I am currently implementing it on my website http://www.helipadpro.com that is under construction. Define view depth as zero so that all the child pages will be displayed. Happy Blogging.

Subpage View works for me, but it appears to be a separate entity.. it does not integrate with WordPress Wiki's Table of Contents. I can turn off Wiki's Table of Contents and just make-do with Subpage View, thanks.
@quadcomm: Documentation for the WP Wiki plugin is located at http://wp-wiki.org/?page_id=10. There is a page that explains how to enable/create the Table of Contents (TOC).
The Table of Contents is created for individual pages, not for the overall 'wiki'. It is populated with the h2 and h3 headings on each page.
The page that I linked to has a gray box called Contents which links to different sections on that page. That is the Table of Contents that the plugin creates.
