   Plugin would not activate. I received the error message, "This plugin does not have a valid header."

   Hi,

   Thanks for download my plugin and the comment, I downloaded wordpress tooltips and test it again, it do can be activated. I can not found the issue that you reported, I will active this plugin on my site so you can see it do works. :)

   Hi outlierdesign, You are right, I found the issue "This plugin does not have a valid header", I had fixed this problem, and I had install it on my plugin page: http://tomas.zhu.bz/wordpress-plugin-tooltips.html/ , please check it, there should no this problem now, thanks for your notice! :)
