[Plugin: WordPress Thread Comment] WP Threaded Comments & Comment Editor Problem

I am using the “TresSimple” wordpress theme (which apparently does not have nested comments) and the WP Threaded Comments plugin. The problem is that when using any (TinyMCE for example) comment editing plugin it seems to conflict and not allow access to the comment box. The problem is more consistant in Firefox then IE.
