   I believe this to be related to the ALL IN ONE SEO plugin. The plugin adds <<SPAN id="title-refEL-20121">TITLE </span>>
   tags to the title...I'm not sure why.

   Most other plugins ignore this but WordPress SMS does not. Since the ALL IN ONE SEO plugin is used by hundreds of thousands of wordpress users...could someone tell me what should be done to filter span tags out?

   Hi there, I am using the most recent version. It's still showing html markup as part of the title.

   My settings? This is not a settings issue. The SMS plugin is pulling the title from wordpress but it is pulling the <span> tag when it does as part of the title.

   i searched for <<SPAN id="title-refEL-20121">> and it's not related to All in One SEO plugin, but meebo.me plugin

   do you use the plugin?
