    sure, easiest way is probably to just use phpMyAdmin in your web control panel of your hosting account and export these 3 tables that the plugin uses:

    wp_mrt_sms_carrier
    wp_mrt_sms_list
    wp_mrt_sms_queue

    Then import into the db of your new site – and activate the plugin there. Should carry over all your info.
