   I just downloaded your great plugin and have begun setting up a order page and shopping cart page. The issue I'm running into is that the price doesn't seem to show on the shopping cart page, it just comes over as 0.00

   I'm using the following short code [wp_cart:The Close of a Crazy Year, Tuesday, October 16th, 6‐8:price:85.00:end]

   Any help would be much appreciated, the test site is http://twistedstem.engageclientsite.com/classes/

   I am pretty sure you have a slight mistake in your shortcode. Use this shortcode inserter user interface addon which should help:
