   1. where can I get simple paypal in Hebrew?
   2. when a costumer going to the payment page, its going to paypal and there is an option to pay with credit card, is there any way that automatically the payment page will be via credit card?

   1) You will need to do the translation for Hebrew.
   2) PayPal automatically figures out if a user has PayPal account or not and based on that it will show that payment page with paypal login option or credit cart payment.
