For some reason my website CrosbyStudios.com 's titles are displaying incorrectly. When I have force title rewrites on, the home page displays the site's latest blog post and the site title as the title header - "Hello world! | Crosby Studios". When I don't have the force title rewrite selected, the title displays as "Home | CrosbyStudiosCrosby Studios" since the theme I am using requires me to make a page labeled home. But, I am also having issues with other parts of my site. Could this be because the theme uses custom post types? Thanks for any help!

your problem is the same as mine, your theme is not to blame, its the plugin, we are not the only one facing same problem

Yep. I'm having the same issue. If I force the rewrite of the titles I get the wrong title in the browser tab. Anywhere from the title of previous post to one several days before. Even my Pages are coming up with posts' titles.
I use All in one SEO, try and see if it helps:

It has over 8.8 million download.
It took about a week for search engines to notice an SEO update on my site.
@leev18 yes, that is what I ended up doing after not finding a solution to the original problem. Thanks.
