[Plugin: WordPress SEO Plugin by Yoast] Duplicate Meta Desc on paginated post

Hi,

I’m using <!–nextpage–> to paginated post but having trouble with the duplcate meta tags. For the title meta tags i empty the box so it would pick the post title with %%page%% so problem solve. But what about the meta desc? i cant leave it blank, how do i add my own custom meta desc per post with adding number or something so it doesnt duplicate. Hope you understand the case.
