   Canonical Settings

   I am using Elegant Theme's (ET) Polished theme as well as the WordPress SEO plugin by Yoast (Joost). I want the WP SEO plugin to take priority.

   Which ET canonical option should I select? Enable, or disable?

   WP>Appearance>Polished Theme Options>epanel>SEO>Index page> Enable canonical URLs

   Said differently...
   If I enable this within the theme's settings, will the plugin's settings work?
   Does this have to be enabled in ET in order for canonical to operate?

   Disable, the plugin will function.

   Gotta love an informed and direct answer. You have helped me remove several major roadblocks between my being ready to un-hide from the search engine spiders.
