    WordPress version: 3.4.1
    WordPress SEO version: 1.2.6

    I have a multisite: http://www.scheggedicristallo.com

I expected the plugin to do this:
Have a single xml sitemap that i can insert in "google web developer" so that this will be seen by google the pages of all the "sub sites"

    Instead it did this:
In my sitemap there are only pages from my principal site.

It is normal? There are a solution?

It should be generating separate sitemaps for each site; not one sitemap that contains all of the posts/pages of all of the sites in one file.

Then for each new site i must insert a new sitemaps on google?
    It isn't confortable...
I hoped that there are a possibility to have a "map" of site maps.
It is Multisite Compatible but not multisite friendly in my opinion.

Well, in general functionality, all sites should be separated. Just because they happen to be powered by one install of WordPress doesn't mean that all sites and the domains that they are on should be pooled together. Some may be related but this is not the usual case. That would be very bad on a number of levels. So, yes, you have to tell Google where each individual sitemap is. You only have to do it once for each domain and then it's done.
