WordPress SEO displaying custom article URL's as the article t (3 posts)

This is a problem I can't see to figure out. Whenever I use the WordPress editor to specify a custom URL for one of my articles, that custom URL bit will be used as the article's Title in Google searches - even though the actual title is specified in the WordPress SEO box under my search.

    Example:

    Article Title specified: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/9376919/Screenshots/_.png

Listed incorrectly in search results: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/9376919/Screenshots/~.png

HOWEVER - certain search terms will bring up the full article title, like so: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/9376919/Screenshots/00.png

For other sites, though, any search term will bring up the full article title.

I'm not really sure what to try here - everything is set up correctly.

I'm using version 1.2.5 of WordPress SEO - people are saying an update will break things lately, so I'm worried about updating...

    Any ideas?

This is just Google creating its own titles for the SEPS, which it does quite often.

You can read more about it here

Gotcha. That kinda sucks - I know Google's just trying to make the web better, but getting rid of my title and replacing it with the URL (sometimes it's listed as just "personal-website") isn't helping.
