   I'm using the WordPress SEO by Yoast and I would like to use my own custom fields in the titles, not just the predefined custom fields he defines at the end of the title page. For example I have a custom field called "State" with a value of "New York". How could I get the "Title template:" to show the state value? It would look something like this:

   %%State%% - %%title%%

   Hello, I am trying out %%cf_<field name>%% but it's not working for me? I am using it like %%cf_<price>%% and here price is the name of my custom field.

   Oh let it be, I just figured it out myself, and it worked! :)
