[Plugin: WordPress SEO by Yoast] When WordPress Seo is activated, it removes my product categories.

    WordPress version: 3.4.1
    WordPress SEO version: 1.2.4

    I did this: activated the SEO version 1.2.4 after rebuilding my website from scratch

    I expected the plugin to do this: function normally without having adverse effects on the website inself

    Instead it did this: When wordpress seo version 1.2.4 is activated, my product categories disappear. When I inactivate it, they come back. How could this be happening?
    I am using “storefront edge” theme and my website is http://www.oldfactorysoap.com
