   Please add support for german umlauts in urls. We have to rewrite 'ä' as 'ae' etc, so the focus keyword is not recognised. Just have a look at the German Slugs Plugin and you'll see what i mean.

   A quick fix in testfocuskw() did the job. (At least for the majority of the german sites):
