on the advanced tab on the adding a post page - there are a bunch of options including:
Title to use for this page in breadcrumb paths
does anyone know of a tutorial page that explains this page?
I've got the rest figured out - am just a bit lost on breadcrumbs and robots :(

You shouldn't normally have to worry about the robots. The breadcrumbs title option allows you to change the title used in the breadcrumbs, this is most useful when you have more subpages and your breadcrumbs path becomes too long.

cool thanks for replying - I am not sure I even "get" breadcrumbs... I just figure if I follow carefully I will somehow be like hansel and gretel and lay them out correctly ;)
