I have de-activated my other SEO plugins to use your one but I have noticed on a lot of old pages - mainly those created before your plugin was installed have issues with their TITLE meta tag in that instead of the page title appearing the %title% placeholder appears instead.
E.G on one page I just looked at the TITLE tag is like this
<title>%title% - - Dark Politicks</title>
It seems your placeholder %title% is not being replaced by a proper value, whether this is a page/post related title or a site wide default.
With the other plugins I never had this problem so I am unsure whether this is a bug or a setup issue.
Can you or anyone help me resolve this?
