I have placed title and description in the page like i have done in other pages of the website. Problem is every other page appears fine with the title but the 'blog' page doesn't receives the title at all and only the url appears. Would appreciate any help!

I'm having this same problem. I used the plugin to give each page a unique title which works great but my 'posts' page doesn't pick up the title I gave it.
I have exactly the same problem across all my WordPress websites.
For anyone else having this issue, I can confirm that the development version (as of today 1-JAN-2012 @ 08:30 EST) fixes this problem, and works fine with WordPress 3.3

Hi guys, I have the same problem. The title tag is missing for some pages. Especially for 'Blog page' and 'Custom Page Template' pages even I have added 'SEO title' in those pages. It only shows the page URL instead of the 'SEO title' I provided for those pages. Rest of the pages are working fine. I have installed the 'Wordpress SEO' 1.1.2 version. I am using WordPress 3.2.1 version. Here are the urls of the problematic pages:

Can anyone help me on that issue so that I can make my client happy?
Thanks.

Hi,Similar issue here. Every page and post is rewriting the Title properly with the exception of the "Blog" Page. The blog page is actually, in this case, rewriting as the Home Page Title? Needless to say I'm after my primary KW on Home so now I'm cannibalizing my primary KW?
Blog Page
Curious...individual posts are all indexing properly and the recent posts are also accessible to SE's on my home page. Would it make sense to "No Index" but "Follow" the blog page? As a temporary solution at least?
