[Plugin: WordPress SEO by Yoast] Title tag & meta description option not showing for single page

Hello Friends,
I have just migrated from all in one seo pack to wordpress seo using the migration guide by yoast.
But its not showing title tag & meta description option for pages.
Please help as i really don’t know why its hapening.
And where to add title & meta description for home page?
Please help me out friends.
