   Do you need to submit the Yoast generated sitemap to google webmaster tools or is this done automatically?

   My webmaster tools account doesnt show a sitemap under site configuration.

   I only added the plugin a couple of days ago.

   It's done automatically, you'll see them under "Other" in google webmaster tools.
