[Plugin: WordPress SEO by Yoast] Shortcodes blocking body content?

    Hi Yoast,
    would like some help please! Im new to SEO so bear with me. I have installed the latest version of WordPress SEO and like it already compared to Allinone SEO.

    I am setting up my first post and the Page Analysis is saying that
    “There are 6 words contained in the body copy. This is far too low and should be increased.”

    All of my body content is wrapped up in shortcodes and wonder if this is causing this problem?

    Am i doing something wrong?
