   Hi, great plugin, but there are several problems:

   1) Title rewrite rules does not work for sticky posts.
   I set up title template for posts: %%title%% | %%sitename%%
   It works for all posts except sticky posts.
   For sticky posts there is only %%title%% shown...

   2) It would be very helpfull to enable localization for pagination (page of) and enable removing displaying page numbers for first page.
