   For instance in Romanian we have more letters than English alphabet has and the post slug does not usually contain ş ţ ă î â letters.

   So when the plugin says that page URL does not contain the Focus Keyword sculptură, it might not be so bad as it sounds; as far as we cand see in Google, we can search in both ways and the results stay quite the same, just like Google can read as a the ă letter (and the other way around).

   I think it sould take knowledge of other languages than English to get best results.

   Another reason for not using a-z standard letters in the url is this one:

   We cannot read the encoded link version; most websites that to secure their pages. That link is a random example from Google+

   I have to second this.

   It looks like it doesn't recognize capital and small letters either.
