   If the content of the robots.txt is the one below, is Google still able to index my sitemap considering that the WP SEO plugin creates a folder inside wp-content which also contains a sitemap?

   I'm asking because Google didn't indexed my website since I launched it 3-4 days ago and the sitemap status shows pending even though I've resubmitted today.

   Disallow: /cgi-bin/
   Disallow: /wp-content/
   Disallow: /wp-includes/
   Disallow: /wp-admin/

   Yes it'll still be able to because as far as Google is concerned your sitemap is in /sitemap.xml
