   Hi,

   If I remember correctly there used to be a setting to not show the date in the Meta Description of a post. Since the last update all my meta descriptions have a date while I don't want to show them.

   Any suggestions on how to remove the date again from the Meta Description?

   WordPress version: 3.3.2
   WordPress SEO version: 1.2.3

   Hi,

   I remember the feature as well. I was very happy that WP SEO by Yoast made the date disappear in the meta description of a post.

   After having updated to WP SEO v.1.2.3 while using WP v.3.4 the date is visual in the meta description of a post again.

   I cannot find the option to hide the date anymore. Has this feature been removed from the plugin?

   I would be very glad if I could still hide the date in the future. Is there any chance to reactivate the option?

   Hi Yoast,

   thanks for the update. Resolves the issue from above and works fine for me! It seemed to have concernd solely the plugin-preview and not the se-snippet anyway ;-)
