[Plugin: WordPress SEO by Yoast] remove cat base – saved permalinks but still not working

    Hi,

    I would like to remove the category base, so I added that in the wp seo settings, then went to my permalink settings and saved but it still gives me a 404 error.

    I just realized the cat base removal works, when I uncheck the “Redirect ugly URL’s to clean permalinks.” option…

    Which would be cool if it works haha 🙂
