   I am a bit confused by the proper link to use for the XML site map with Google Webmaster Tools.

   Can I just submit http://www.mydomain.com/sitemap_index.xml or do I need to submit each of the following individually?

   http://www.mydomain.com/post-sitemap.xml
   http://www.mydomain.com/page-sitemap.xml
   http://www.mydomain.com/category-sitemap.xml
   http://www.mydomain.com/post_tag-sitemap.xml

   You must submit only http://www.mydomain.com/sitemap_index.xml
