[Plugin: WordPress SEO] permalink changed

Hi together !
I have the following problem:
Yesterday I installed the Plugin, in the settings I got the message, that I shall change my permalink settings.
Before I had the settings in “numerisch”, like this: Numerisch http://lunawolf.eu/blog/archives/123

The Plugin said, I shall klick to change… I did it. After my permalink was shown f.E. like this: http://lunawolf.eu/blog/archives/659#.TpWmdII2Wls
so it adds me now an ID-Number I guess…

When I was looking for how to use the Plugin I saw, that will be nothing for me, cause I don’t understand that really. I am just using WordPress… if somebody says me exactly what to do / change, I maybe can do it but nothing more… I am no Insider.

So I deactivated and deleted the plugin and put the settings back to “numerisch” (number style of the permalink)… BUT,
now it always puts me an ID-Number behind the link, what I not really like… its looking ugly and maybe also its mixing up my visitors or people who link me.

So my Question is: How can I change that ?? I think the Plugin changed something in one of the files… but I dont’ no in which file and what to re-change… please help me.
