[Plugin: WordPress SEO by Yoast] Plugin has gone missing from my site

I woke up to find this Plugin missing from my website, and when I tried to reinstall it I received this error message:
Downloading install package from http://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/wordpress-seo.1.1.2.zip…
Unpacking the package…
Installing the plugin…
Destination folder already exists.
Plugin install failed.
It’s having a pretty big impact on my site.. Not sure how to fix this? Can anyone assist?
