   Is it somehow possible to modify WP SEO as shown in this post in order to address the following problem:

   I've created many post with multiple pages with the nextpage-tag. The problem is that these show up as errors in "Google Webmaster Tools" because of duplicate title tags and meta descriptions.

   The urls are like this:

   http://mypage.com/mypost/
   http://mypage.com/mypost/2
   http://mypage.com/mypost/3

   all of which have the same title and meta tags.
   
   http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wordpress-seo/

   I just tried to add %%page%% to the Post title template with no effect.

   I am also having the same problem, but my SEO tools say that I have missing meta descriptions for the paginated pages. What do I need to put in where in order to correct this issue?

   @nix55, dont bother because it is the bug of the plugin, try to update it might be solve on the latest update today

   I wonder if the author of the plugin still looks in here. left a message in the fb page, emailed him but nothing.

   Yes, I did the same... no answer. It's not very professional.

   But I found an very good alternative which does the things mentioned above by default:

   SEO Ultimate
