[Plugin: WordPress SEO by Yoast] Noindex, follow not working?

WordPress SEO version: 1.2.5
I did this: Installed plugin and checked “noindex, follow” in tags and categories http://d.pr/i/VdJU, however it appears that Google is still indexing tags. I even searched pages such as http://thetechblock.com/tag/review/ but I’m not seeing “noindex, follow”
What am I doing wrong?
