   sorry to ask this, but is there a manual or something of the sort.
   Like the page where I am supposed to tell what template to use.
   I have no idea how to even get started.

   After I wrote the previous post I found this:
   http://www.wpbeginner.com/plugins/how-to-install-and-setup-wordpress-seo-plugin-by-yoast/ which has almost everything one needs to get started.
   I hope this link helps someone else too.
