[Plugin: WordPress SEO by Yoast] Is there any other way to get support for this? "Titles"

Is there any other way to get support for this? There does not seem to be much response here. I like this plugin and really want to get it working. It would be very helpful to elaborate more on the “Title” page of this plugin. If anyone from Yoast is monitoring this please reply to my post:
