Instructions and Introduction Tour (6 posts)

    Still terrible.
Whoever wrote the tour and instructions in this new version really needs to get a grasp on the English language. I'm not trying to be rude, but the reality is that so many of the sentences and the context can be interpreted in more than one way; which leaves more added confusion than a paying, satisfied user. Also, it is all written from the perspective of a developer or someone who has an in-depth knowledge of the topic. THAT'S NOT THE AUDIENCE! The people who will want to read instructions are those WHO DON'T KNOW THE SUBJECT. Write this stuff from that perspective. Walk us through a subject, understanding we don't know it already. Include background, context, step-by-step examples.
If you can't do that, the (paying) customers you want (like me) are just going to go somewhere else. Worse yet, the plug-in will never work optimally for the new user, and it will reflect poorly on the plug-in. (Now before I hear from all those who are using it successfully, "Congratulations!" You understand it! We don't!! We would like to, but the docs on this (and so many other plug-ins) are so poorly written, we just move on to those plug-ins we can read and use. And this post is directed to the owner of this plug-in, not users.)

    Richard,

this'd be a lot more constructive if you explained to me, preferably sentence by sentence, what you get and don't get. I'm Dutch, so I do make weird sentences at times, and I'm also very guilty of being a geek in all things WordPress & SEO, which is why the plugin is as awesome as it is but probably also why you don't understand some of my writing as I probably do too much geek talk. So: I appreciate the feedback but need "more" to work with.

Thank you for your excellent plug-in.

I am a novice and am encountering a challenge. Upon completing an article and going through the SEO guide, Yoast tells me that the words in the title, content, ie., in every area Yoast provides, do not match. However, I have the words in every section. Why does Yoast tell me that they do not match when they appear to match?

    Thank you for your help.

    Hi,
On a different article, had the green light on the following: However, overall SEO light was caution. Described the problems, but they seemed to conflict with the green light info, such as advising me that there were not matches, where the green light indicated matches. Thank you for your guidance.

Your focus keyword was found in:
    Article Heading: Yes (2)
    Page title: Yes (2)
    Page URL: Yes (2)
    Content: Yes (3)
    Meta description: Yes (2)

Have since placed my questions, plus one more, under the recent Optimization topic.
