[Plugin: WordPress SEO by Yoast] Importing settings shows error

I am using the latest 3.2.1 wordpress installation and I am having problems with importing the settings from another site. I got the following error. Anyone know how to fix this? Also when I select Edit in WordPress seo menu it is also blank page. This doesn’t happen on my other site.

Warning: parse_ini_file(/home/tony/public_html/mywebsite.net/public/wp-content/wpseo-import/settings.ini) [function.parse-ini-file]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/tony/public_html/mywebsite.net/public/wp-content/plugins/wordpress-seo/admin/class-config.php on line 415

I get a very similar error when trying to import settings on 3.2.1:

Warning: parse_ini_file(/home/livmommy/public_html/wp-content/wpseo-import/settings.ini) [function.parse-ini-file]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/livmommy/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wordpress-seo/admin/class-config.php on line 415

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/livmommy/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wordpress-seo/admin/class-config.php on line 416

Please help!

I don’t know if this will help anyone troubleshoot what’s going wrong here, but these are the errors I had in my error log after trying to import the settings:
