[Plugin: WordPress SEO by Yoast] How to Post Series In WordPress with rel="next" and rel=&

Thank you for getting back to me, I am bit lost since I am new to this. How do I title my posts or write the content to show the connection? Do I put numbers in the title? Do I use the same title?

Can you please briefly describe the difference between “paginated post” and “series of posts” or direct me to some resources to read more about them? I could be confused to which one I should use and if I know the differences I can decide which one is the one I need to use.
