I began with a longer permalink than the above, but which started with the focus keyword. This was:
http://thewebalyst.com/web-marketing-for-small-business-websites-seo-wordpress/
When this showed not found in Page URL I thought "oh, maybe it wants an exact match" so changed to the exact matching version, at which point it DID find it in the Page URL! Hooray... but later I accidentally edited the focus keyword, and it stopped (correctly). But since then, in spite of correcting the focus keyword it stubbornly refuses to show it as found.
I think it initially failing to find it in the longer permalink is probably the same bug.
