[Plugin: WordPress SEO by Yoast] Fixing duplicate Title Tages for /page/2

    Checking my GWT I see that for categories, its showing as duplicate titles.

    Ex:

    domain.com/category-name
    domain.com/category-name/page/2

    I am using the noindex follow attribute but I don’t think this is fixing the issue.

    Is there a way to fix the problem with duplicate titles especially on categories?

    add %% pagenumber %% then in the title adds a page number, therefore no duplicate titles

    I am having same issue, which field do you put this into?

    You can either put the – Page %%pagenumber%% in the WordPress SEO settings page or if you have set up titles/descriptions for your categories, then add ‘ – Page %%pagenumber%%’ to the end of your title. This makes your categories as ‘Category Description – Page 1’ Category Description – Page 2 and so on.
