   Would love to see an option to add non-Wordpress URLs manually to the sitemap.

   Sorry, but no that's not going to happen any time soon. You can just submit multiple sitemaps to Google and other search engines, giving you the added benefit of being able to see which of these sitemaps is fully crawled and indexed and which isn't.
