I like the option of disabling the date in the Snippet Preview for posts, but how about making this for pages also? I have noticed that my pages have the date snippet in search engine results.

Nevermind. It looks like I added the dates myself to my pages template in an attempt to conform to the Google Rich Snippet testing tool.
So now I am trying to decide which is worse... having a date on my SERP snippet, OR failing to conform to Google's Rich Snippet rules.
I am using schema.org/article. Is there one that does not required the "date modified" entry?
