It is very time consuming to set up this plugin with all the options. Especially the titles takes time. It would be nice if the titles were preset with default values which are typical and recomended. That would save a lot of time and also make it easier for users not so familiar with SEO to use the plugin.

It's been a real time consuming, the titles for all my posts are gone, I spent a huge amount of time trying to figure out an easy way to set up titles. Default values for Titles is a must!
